Biography
Echols began his professional career as an environmental consultant. His expertise and experiences were augmented by his education in geology, geoscience, and safety management. He has worked in various industries, including construction, oil and gas, healthcare, education, and general industry, which has broadened his field experience.
Due to his extensive construction background, Echols was selected as the ideal candidate to coordinate projects and develop into Benchmark's subject matter expert (SME) for fall protection and scaffolding. He has supported clients in diverse industries on construction sites, focusing on enhancing worker safety through effective oversight.
In addition to his responsibilities in safety and environmental initiatives, Echols serves as an industrial hygienist. He regularly conducts area and personal sampling to assess chemical and noise exposures, and conducts indoor air quality studies Echols also, coordinates asbestos projects and is a licensed Management Planner and Inspector in West Virginia. With his diverse skill set and wide-ranging knowledge, Echols is a valuable resource for clients across different industries.
