Biography
Rex Tennant is an Environmental Chemist with more than 45 years’ experience. Rex has experience in regulatory interaction, remediation, RCRA waste units, and water/wastewater treatment. He also has significant experience in preparation of NPDES permit applications and renewals (individual and general) for manufacturing and commercial clients; Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure plans preparation; Best Management Practices/Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan preparation; Groundwater Protection Plan preparation; performance of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments; preparation of SARA Toxic Release Inventories and Tier II Reporting; and preparation of reports for above ground storage tank installation and closure.
